MEDIA ADVISORY: Secretary Byrd Announces Annual Grove Day This Saturday

TALLAHASSEE, FLA. –

Secretary of State Cord Byrd invites the public to attend the 8^th annual Grove Day at The Grove Museum in Tallahassee this Saturday.  Enjoy musical performances, outdoor games and museum tours about the history and archaeology of the site. Admission and parking are free.

The Grove Museum is one of the best-preserved antebellum residences in Florida. Home to several generations of the Call and Collins families, most recently LeRoy and Mary Call Collins, the site was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1972.
