General Counsel
The Office of General Counsel provides advice and counsel to the Secretary of State and departmental managers on a broad range of administrative, legislative, and policy matters. The office also provides advice, oversight and representation with regard to departmental litigation.
The Office of the General Counsel includes the Agency Clerk and Chief Ethics Officer.
