Secretary of State Cord Byrd reminds Florida businesses to file annual reports
Reports are due by May 1, 2025
TALLAHASSEE, FLA. –
Florida Secretary of State Cord Byrd is reminding businesses and non-profit corporations to file their annual reports before the May 1, 2025, deadline.
Secretary of State Cord Byrd said, “Florida is a great place for business and filing your annual report is easy, fast and required to keep your records active with the Department of State. To avoid a late fee, file your annual report today at Sunbiz.”
Any profit corporation, limited liability company, or limited partnership that has a filed date or effective date prior to 2025 is required to file an annual report by midnight EST on Thursday, May 1, 2025 to avoid a $400 late fee.
You can file your annual report 24 hours a day, seven days a week. More information, including step-by-step instructions, can be found at DOS.Fl.Gov/Sunbiz.
