Records Management for Florida Public Agencies
This three-hour webinar is designed for records management liaison officers, records managers and other personnel working with or responsible for Florida public records.
Interested parties can register individually (the open registration option) or for their agency (the agency registration option).
Topics included:
- Basic concepts of records management.
- Records retention, records schedules and series.
- Records disposition and documentation.
- Storage and inventory.
- Public access provisions.
- Rules and standards concerning electronic records and email management.
Open registration option
- Open to any person at any agency.
- Individual registration required.
- Best for individuals looking for inexpensive training.
- $50.00 per person.
- Please make your payment before the training event by:
- Card online
- Check
- Journal transfer
- If you cannot make payment before the event, we can accept a purchase order.
- If the training is canceled or you miss the event, you may transfer your payment to another person or use it as credit toward a future training.

- $150.00 flat fee.
