This Privacy Policy describes how Florida Department of State ("we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and shares information when you use our Florida Main Street application (the "App").

The only information collected when you use this App is application crash and error message information, which is automatically generated if the application crashes or fails.

Location Information:

Location Information refers to information that is automatically transmitted from your device(s) when you access the App and enable GPS/location information to be collected. Location Information is not actively stored or maintained by the Department. However, it is possible that Location Information may be included in Application crash and error message information that is collected for purposes set forth in this policy.

Personally Identifiable Information:

The Florida Department of State does not collect personally identifiable information through your use of the App.

2. How We Use Collected Information:

Application crash and error message information collected is used to provide, maintain, and improve the App. We will not use any application crash or error message information collected to contact you.

3. How We Share Your Information:

The Florida Department of State is subject to Florida’s Public Record laws, set forth in Chapter 119, Florida Statutes. Any application crash or error message information collected may be subject to disclosure if the Department still has custody of said information and it is requested.

We may also share collected information if required by law.
