National Call to Artists: Deadline February 27, 2026
Florida State University (FSU) invites professional 2D and 3D artists from across the United States to submit permanent public art proposals for the Legacy Hall Art in State Buildings Project. Legacy Hall, the new home of the Florida State University College of Business, officially opens its doors on January 6, 2026. The largest academic facility on campus, Legacy Hall stands as a testament to FSU’s commitment to advancing business education, research and innovation. The building has been designed to provide state-of-the-art classrooms, collaborative learning environments and dedicated spaces for faculty, students and industry partners to engage. With its modern architecture and advanced resources, Legacy Hall serves as a hub for academic excellence and a catalyst for cultivating the next generation of business leaders.
This opportunity has a $100,000 total project budget, with selected artists receiving commissions for work designed to enhance high-traffic interior spaces within this flagship academic building. Artwork submissions must be appropriate for this public space and commensurate with its intended use as outlined in the Call to Artists.
