The Division of Arts and Culture promotes arts and culture as essential to quality of life for all Floridians.
Established in 1997, the Florida Department of State Art Collection is a collection of donated artworks by Florida artists and art collectors. Selections from the collection are displayed throughout the State Capitol Building in Tallahassee.
The Acceptance Policy (PDF) outlines the terms and conditions for donating artworks to the collection.
