Representative Kiyan Michael
Representative Kiyan Michael was elected to the Florida House service District 16 in 2022 which encompasses the beaches of Jacksonville, Neptune and Atlantic and parts of East Arlington. As a member of the Duval Delegation, Representative Michael serves on the Jacksonville Waterways Commission.
State Representative Michael has been a featured guest of Florida’s Governor DeSantis 2019 State of the State Address and guest of 2019 Black History Celebration. Representative Michael was recently appointed by the Speaker of the House to the Florida Museum of Black History Task Force.
