Marva Johnson
Marva Johnson is currently the Group Vice President of State Government Affairs for Charter Communications.
In this role, Marva oversees state government affairs, regulatory, local franchising, state legislative matters, strategic partnerships, and strategies for government and community initiatives. Marva joined Charter Communications in 2016 and her region includes Alabama, Florida, Georgia, Kentucky, Maryland, North Carolina, South Carolina, Tennessee, and Virginia.
Marva is actively engaged in numerous board and leadership roles including serving on the boards for policy-focused organizations like Florida TaxWatch and the Associated Industries of Florida. Marva is passionate about education and also serves on the board for the Pace Center for Girls and the advisory board for the University of Florida’s Lastinger Center for Learning.
