Melbourne Main Street Executive Director Position
The Executive Director (ED) is the chief administrative and professional leader of Melbourne Main Street. This role is responsible for coordinating, managing, and executing the organization’s programs, partnerships, communications, and
operations in alignment with the Board-approved strategic plan and annual work plan.
The ED brings significant expertise, community relationships, and experience in downtown revitalization, nonprofit management, and economic development. This expertise is critical to the successful execution of programs and initiatives. This is a results-driven role requiring flexibility, professional autonomy, and focus. It is not a traditional 9–5 position; it often requires evening, weekend, and on-site participation, as well as the ability to work remotely or in focused environments when
appropriate.

Main Street DeLand Assistant Director Position
The Assistant Director works collaboratively with staff and volunteers to fulfill our mission to support and enhance the continuing economic development of Downtown DeLand. This position works directly with the Executive Director to operate in a highly creative environment, utilizing administrative and project management skills which are key in the Main Street Four-Point Approach and the Main Street DeLand mission and purpose.

Orange County Economic Development Program Coordinator
This position provides professional level support to the Economic Development Administrator and is responsible for working closely with Main Street non-profit boards that are set-up for each Main Street District. The position will also interact with the Urban Land Institute, NAIOP Commercial Real Estate, neighborhood community groups and commercial property owners.

The City of Marianna Main Street/Special Projects Executive Director
The Executive Director (ED) is the chief strategist and day-to-day manager for Main Street Marianna and for the Downtown and West End Community Redevelopment Areas (CRAs). The ED leads economic vitality, design, promotion, and organization initiatives for the Main Street district; administers CRA programs and budgets; advances capital and placemaking projects; and serves as the primary liaison among businesses, property owners, residents, City/County staff, boards, and partner organizations. Success is measured by visible improvement to the built environment, private-sector investment, job creation/retention, vibrant streets, and strong fiscal stewardship of CRA trust funds.
