Vilano Beach Main Street Executive Director

Vilano Beach Main Street in St Augustine, Florida is seeking candidates for the Executive Director position.  This position is a full-time salary position with a pay range of $45,000 - $60,000 depending on experience. This position reports to the Vilano Beach Main Street Board of Directors.

Executive Director Lake Wales Main Street, INC.

The Executive Director of Lake Wales Main Street is an organized, dynamic, self-starter with an entrepreneurial spirit capable of functioning effectively in an independent work environment. Working in partnership with the Board of Directors, staff, committees, and the community, the Executive Director is responsible for the coordination and oversight of the Main Street organization, focusing on the revitalization of downtown Lake Wales, Florida and is responsible for the organization's consistent achievement of its mission and objectives.

The responsibilities of the Executive Director include oversight and management of all internal and external operations of Lake Wales Main Street, inclusive of but not limited to communications & marketing, fundraising and grant writing, community & economic development, event and program coordination, design, volunteer management, small business support, and strategic planning.

St Cloud Main Street
Administrative Assistant

St Cloud Main Street, the downtown Main Street District is an award-winning Florida Main Street district operated by its board of directors. St Cloud Main Street is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization whose mission is to plan, promote, and advocate to sustain an eclectic, vibrant district community while preserving its unique historic character.

Essential Job Functions:

  1. Oversee day-to-day administrative matters, including but not limited to: filing, data entry, keeping the office clean, organized, and professional and welcoming to guest.
  2. Handle telephone calls (screen, direct appropriately, respond to queries)
  3. Assist in scheduling meetings, conference calls, and appointments for staff and board members
  4. Assist with basic bookkeeping tasks in QuickBooks
  5. Maintain office supplies and ensure the smooth operation of office equipment
  6. Manage and organize filing systems (both electronic and physical) for important documents and records
  7. Create website and social media content to promote the Main Street District and its members
  8. Create monthly newsletter and other correspondences
  9. Assist in all respects (planning, promotion, execution) with Main Street events
  10. Assist with recruiting, training, and managing Main Street volunteers
  11. Flexibility to accommodate a work schedule that occasionally includes evenings and weekends
  12. Relay information to Main Street members and others via visits, phone, and email
  13. Identify and pursue potential funding opportunities, including grants and sponsorships
  14. Handle all other duties as assigned
