Data Downloads
The Division of Corporations offers free data downloads for informational purposes. Downloads are offered as is and may be changed, replaced or deleted at any time.
There are two main types of download.

Daily files are generated on work days and contain the filings added to our record that day.

Quarterly files are generated quarterly in January, April, July, and October and contain all active data at the time the file is generated.
All data downloads are available through your browser or a secure FTP client of your choice using the information below.
- Host: https://sftp.floridados.gov
- Username: Public
- Password: PubAccess1845!
Once you login, you will be in the public directory and will need to navigate to the location for the specific file(s) you want. See the daily and quarterly pages for a list of available downloads for each type.
