Christmas (Wednesday December 24, Thursday December 25 and Friday December 26)
New Year’s (Thursday January 1 and Friday January 2)
Online Florida profit, non-profit, limited liability company, judgment lien, fictitious name registration and limited partnership filings will not be processed beginning 5:00 PM December 25th through 8:00 AM December 29th.
Prep for 2026 Filing Season
Online Annual Reports, Reinstatements will be unavailable from 5:00 PM, December 24, 2025, until 8:00 AM, January 5, 2026.
Searches for fictitious names, general partnerships, or liens and all online filing services will be unavailable from 5:00 PM, December 31, 2025, until 8:00 AM, January 5, 2026.
