The 2026 Annual Report filing deadline is 5 pm EST, Friday, September 25th. The last day to file and select the payment voucher was Friday, September 18th. The voucher and payment must be received and processed by the Division of Corporations by September 25th. Credit card and SUNBIZ Account payments will be accepted until 5 pm EST, September 25th.
