Annual Report Deadline to File – September 26th by 5 pm EST
The 2025 Annual Report filing deadline is 5 pm EST, Friday, September 26th. The last day to file and select the payment voucher is Friday, September 19th. The voucher and payment must be received and processed by the Division of Corporations by September 26th. Credit card and SUNBIZ Account payments will be accepted until 5 pm EST, September 26th.
